70% of Japanese people are concerned with privacy and data collection online, yet most have never considered an alternative browser. For Mozilla Firefox's Japan campaign, we built a world around three characters a flying girl, a dancer boy, and a tatami girl each embodying a different way to take control of their digital lives. The campaign's key message, 見たい世界を、設定しよう (Set the world you want to explore), challenged audiences to rethink what a browser can be. We delivered 15s and 6s films with jazz-driven sound design, GDN banners across five sizes for three KVs, and platform-specific ad copy for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok — all rooted in the idea that your internet experience should be as individual as you are.
