
Since 2021, we've built American Express's social presence in Japan from the ground up, growing the Instagram account from zero to over 45,000 followers. Through a distinctly USN-curated mix of local gems, premium venues, global sponsored events, and Card Member-exclusive experiences, we helped reintroduce Amex as one of the most playful yet prestigious brands in Japan, giving the brand a personality that feels more inclusive, culturally relevant, and unmistakably premium.
