To enhance the experience of audiences at Red Bull events, we created a new service, Red Bull Now, that provides real time information and media for the event that they are watching. Whether in person at the event or watching a live stream from your computer or on TV, Red Bull Now is the second screen experience for live events.
One unique aspect of this project is that we deliver what would normally need to be a dedicated smartphone application, in a web browser, allowing us to be flexible and fast with development, and provide a highly customised solution. It is also a very easy platform for a consumer to engage with since you don’t need to access an App Store to use it.
The platform debuted at Red Bull X-Fighters in 2014 and has become a staple of Red Bull events in Japan.
